Overview
The Cloud Capacity Planning team is seeking a highly skilled planner to provide dedicated support for our most critical regions. This role will oversee assigned regions and ensure capacity needs are fulfilled while continuously monitoring region health, receiving focused attention and proactive management to maintain optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, initiative, and collaborative skills to drive solutions and support business goals. Responsibilities
Regional Accountability:
Manage and monitor assigned regions to fulfill capacity needs; ensure overall health of the regions Data Accuracy:
Drive true-up, alignment for Excess DC capacity views; perform daily checks on power feed and changes; ensure accurate reclassification; monitor preliminary consumption data, promptly flagging any potential bottlenecks or issues Coordination:
Collaborate closely with EG planners to execute EG priorities effectively; coordinate with support teams and external stakeholders; resolve capacity issues Decision-Making:
Make informed decisions based on guidelines and data; justify decisions to stakeholders as needed Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare, distribute daily/weekly reports for stakeholders; document troubleshooting steps and problem resolution processes; conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and address underlying issues Job Requirements
Supply chain expertise or planning-related certifications are a plus, but not strictly required 5-7 years of proven experience in project management, capacity planning or similar roles Proven ability to communicate and collaborate across teams, with timely follow-ups and closure Experience in supply chain management is highly desirable Proven experience in data analytics, with the ability to interpret complex data Advanced Excel skills required Power BI familiarity is expected, with bonus points for building reports and automating manual processes Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational, communication and coordination abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI (PBI) Experience working in cloud infrastructure or data center environments Microsoft Azure Certification Advanced proficiency with SQL, PowerBI and PowerAutomate Strong sense of ownership, with a demonstrated ability to drive gap and issue resolution to closure independently Salary
Range: $44.00/hr with Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits Details
