Sourcing Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies for IT hardware, software, and services. Supplier Management:
Build and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability. Contract Negotiation:
Lead RFPs and negotiate contracts with favorable terms aligned to company policies. Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, pricing, and emerging technologies. Risk Mitigation:
Identify and address risks related to IT sourcing and compliance. Performance Tracking:
Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with IT, finance, and legal to align sourcing with business needs. Cost Optimization:
Identify savings opportunities and streamline sourcing processes. Project Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and performance goals. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. Experience:
5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, with 3+ years in IT. Skills:
Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills; proficiency in sourcing tools. Certifications:
PMP, CPSM, or CSCP preferred. Other:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Seniority level:
