Base pay range:

$145,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Salary Range:

$145,000 - $165,000 (base) + Performance Bonus, Car Allowance, Sign-On Bonus, Full Benefits Package, and 401(k) Match Additional compensation types:

Oversee end-to-end project delivery for $20M+ builds, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution while exceeding client expectations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive pre-construction planning, value engineering, and risk mitigation. Champion safety protocols and quality standards, fostering a proactive team culture on-site. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources using tools like Procore or similar – with a keen eye on lean construction practices. Build lasting client relationships, particularly in healthcare and education, while expanding into offices, public works, and more. Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with proven success in healthcare and/or K-12 projects (bonus points for offices or public works). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and navigate complex challenges. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
