Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction. We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll manage teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring quality and safety every step of the way. Responsibilities
Run large-scale projects ($30M+) from start to finish Lead internal teams and subcontractors Handle scheduling, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking Serve as main point of contact for owners, architects, and partners Mentor junior staff and support overall project execution Requirements
8+ years of PM experience with commercial GCs Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Comfortable with schedules, budgets, and construction software Bachelor's in Construction Management or similar preferred Contact
