Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers, setting coding and testing best practices Define and execute performance testing strategies using tools like K6, Playwright, and NeoLoad Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalability and system stability Monitor and analyze application performance using Splunk and other monitoring tools Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery Troubleshoot and optimize performance bottlenecks at the application, database, and infrastructure levels Ensure project quality and readiness for high-volume holiday traffic Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required) 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with strong background in performance testing and technical leadership Experience leading cross-functional technical teams Strong knowledge of performance testing frameworks and monitoring tools Onsite availability (no remote option) Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Clear, effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset Experience with
K6 Playwright JavaScript Splunk NeoLoad CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.) Nice to Have
Relevant management or performance testing certifications Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Database performance optimization knowledge (SQL tuning, caching strategies) Prior experience in retail/e-commerce environments with large-scale seasonal traffic The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
