Overview
7 to 12 years of experienced and highly skilled QA Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. The candidate will work closely with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create automation solutions that enhance testing efficiency. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality and functionality. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions that improve testing efficiency. Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, REST AssURED API, Java, JUnit, TestNG, Appium. Perform API testing and use tools like Postman and IntelliJ; conduct regression, functional, smoke, and sanity testing, and assess performance. Utilize SQL for data validation and verification as part of test cases. Work with version control and issue tracking systems such as GIT, JIRA, and Bitbucket. Communicate issues, risks, and testing progress clearly to cross-functional teams. Stay current with Gen AI and Agentic AI developments relevant to QA automation. Qualifications
Experience with REST AssURED API and Java programming Strong SQL skills Proficient in Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Appium Experience with GIT, JIRA, Bitbucket Familiar with API testing and tools like Postman Experience with IntelliJ Proficient in BDD with Cucumber Framework Experience in Application Testing – Functional, Smoke, Sanity, Regression Testing Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams Gen AI and Agentic AI experience Good to Have Skills
Certification in GEN AI Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner Seniority level
