Project Scheduler
to join our Global Pharmaceutical Client at their
California
site, supporting a portfolio of large-scale
capital projects
within the project team. This is a
long-term contingent contract role
with an immediate start. The client is a global leader in life sciences, with a significant footprint in pharmaceutical engineering and automation projects. This role is critical to ensuring accurate scheduling, planning, and reporting across a complex program of CapEx projects. Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules for capital projects at the Pharmaceutical site. Utilize
Primavera P6
to build, update, and track schedules across multiple workstreams. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with project deliverables and milestones. Provide reporting and analysis to support decision-making and risk management. Ensure compliance with client's project controls standards and governance. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (process, construction, electrical, instrumentation, controls, utilities, and facilities). Key Requirements
10–15 years’ proven experience
as a Project Scheduler. Expertise in Primavera P6
(essential). Strong background in
pharmaceutical or life sciences capital projects
(highly preferred). Ability to work on-site (approx. 3 days per week), with flexibility for 2 days remote. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Details
