Overview
Software Delivery Process Modernization Leader (SDPML) will manage all aspects of the Software Configuration Management (SCM) Production team responsible for software build, control, delivery, and ship/site installation of products for RMS Moorestown software development and maintenance contracts. Responsibilities
Create and execute a strategic plan to modernize SCM tools, processes, and team capabilities, driving efficiency, cost savings, and transformation. Modernize and automate tools and processes. Streamline and optimize workflows. Enhance productivity and priority management. Lead a transformative effort to optimize the team\'s structure and operations, focusing on role optimization, team development through cross-training and upskilling, and collaboration/resource sharing to eliminate workload silos. Oversee personnel and resource management, performance assessments, team career development and growth, knowledge & skill continuity, staffing analysis, Basis of Estimate (BOE) reviews and approval. Overall Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Configuration Management and cost account management for both hardware and software team scope. Support for Aegis CM activities including computer program and operating environment deliveries, process maintenance, and audit functions. Support for Aegis Hardware CM activities including development and maintenance of the Combat System Equipment List, documentation, Site Change Implementation Notices, status accounting database maintenance and audits. Location and On-site Expectations
The Leader is expected to be on-site full-time, split between Camden, Main Campus & Tech Campus locations in New Jersey.
