Job Description: The Job The Manager of Corporate Strategy will play an active role in developing and driving SCAN\'s enterprise-level strategy. This individual will lead project teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and transformation, as well as business unit strategies. They will drive innovation and organizational change, ensuring that the organization\'s strategies align with its overall goals and objectives. As part of the corporate strategy team, which sits in the CEO office, this role will work on some of the most pressing problems in the company. You Will

Develop and implement corporate strategies that align with SCAN\'s overall goals and objectives. Lead project teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated and executed effectively. Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic opportunities and challenges. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. Track and manage the performance of strategic initiatives to ensure they meet established goals and objectives. Actively support the achievement of SCAN\'s Vision and Goals. Other duties as assigned. Your Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field or equivalent experience 5-6 years of proven experience in corporate strategy, management consulting or a related field Experience in the healthcare industry or a related sector Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects Familiarity with SCAN\'s mission and values Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of Medicare Advantage is preferred Benefits
