5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment Proven track record in driving customer retention, renewals, and upsell expansion Experience managing high-value, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders Strong consultative and strategic thinking skills to translate customer needs into impactful solutions Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
