Position Summary The Dedicated Director of Maintenance (DOM) will direct and oversee all activities, maintenance programs, inspections, analytics, projections, coordination, and project management for the assigned aircraft. This will be accomplished by performing the duties and responsibilities below. Adheres and promotes the Clay Lacy Vision, Mission, and Values daily. Position : Dedicated Director of Maintenance Aircraft : Gulfstream G450 Location : Las Vegas, NV (KHND) Operation : 135; approximately 300 to 400 hours annually Compensation/Benefits : $170,000 - $200,000; fully paid medical/healthcare premium. Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as an active member of the Clay Lacy Team, its vision, mission and values. Work productively with the aircraft crew members to support their missions and expectations of the owner. Be present for all aircraft arrivals and departures at the designated home base and surrounding airports within reason. Maintain and adjust daily workflow for proper decision making on maintenance related resources for the assigned aircraft. Shall complete light and moderate work on aircraft to include pre/postflight inspection after each trip. Coordinate moderate and heavy maintenance in efficient intervals to optimize aircraft dispatchability; must include awareness of owner schedule and cohesive planning with the crew and aircraft management team. Establish the environment and expectation where comments, concerns and suggestions by personnel will be handled and shared with the aircraft management team. Establish and maintain records as required by the FARs, manufacturer, and Clay Lacy company policies in accordance with Part 91 or Part 135 standards and requirements. Ensure high levels of customer service are provided to Clay Lacy and its customers. Become familiar with and improve vendor/supplier relationships, contracts and support services. Anticipate client and crew needs in order to continually improve the level of support and service. Represent Clay Lacy in aviation matters through trade associations, the FAA, state or municipal aviation bodies, airport management, community organizations, and contract agencies. Maintain high morale through awareness of Clay Lacy department policies, employee development programs, and periodic department meetings fostering best practices in communication of ideas, goals, and objectives. Act as resident expert on matters related to all aspects of safety and liaise with safety organizations on industry safety concerns. Identify and report safety hazards utilizing CLA\'s SMS program to identify and mitigate risk. Onsite and Operational Expectations Required to be onsite at a minimum of four days a week to provide preventative maintenance outside of scheduled maintenance. Provide the Aircraft Management Team with a 24-month projection, updated monthly, inclusive of downtime, estimated costs (man-hours) and coordination. Review vendor invoices and close out work orders in a timely manner. Provide weekly maintenance schedule updates to Clay Lacy leadership team and/or aircraft management team. Update monthly maintenance projections and communicate to aircraft management team for awareness. Input and update all aircraft discrepancies in Corridor tracking program. Update FL3XX system with aircraft maintenance events on aircraft schedule for visibility. Utilize HubSpot for all aircraft AOG events and/or any discrepancy that could cause trip interruption. Coordinate quarterly with the Clay Lacy Director of Maintenance or Assistant Director of Maintenance to audit assigned aircraft and records. Report all aborted flights and diversions to the Director of Maintenance or Assistant Director of Maintenance. Produce a MIR and/or SDR for all aborted or diverted flights. Upon work completion, send the work package, Logbook Entry and 102 Airworthiness Release form to the Shared Director of Maintenance for review. Review work packages to identify RII items before quoting to the maintenance provider. Review CB/SB and ADs quarterly to identify items that will increase dispatch reliability. Produce a 12-month maintenance budget per aircraft prior to the end of October annually. Verify all third-party maintenance providers are approved Clay Lacy vendors prior to any work performed. Scan and send all completed work packages to Clay Lacy records after auditing by the DDOM. All parts ordering, service requests, and P.O. requests must be created through Corridor. Other duties as requested or assigned. Competencies and Skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks to meet deadlines. Able and willing to travel for all aircraft maintenance events not completed at home-base. A willingness to work long and sometimes irregular hours. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and management abilities. Remain calm under pressure with professionalism and service to client and colleague alike. Physical Requirements Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines and perform aircraft repairs/troubleshooting. Required Education and Experience Associate or bachelor\'s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience (A&P). Must possess and maintain a current and valid US issued FAA A&P Certificate. Corporate aviation experience required. Comply with all Federal Aviation regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies & procedures. Must be able to pass DOT/FAA drug screening, background checks and submit to random drug/alcohol testing when required.
