We are seeking a
California-licensed PLS
with a minimum of
5 years of experience
to serve as a
Project Manager
in our Survey Department. You’ll work closely with our Survey Manager and field teams on diverse land development and municipal projects. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a variety of surveying projects Schedule office and survey crews Coordinate with Clients and survey staff Oversee preparation of boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys Draft plats, legal descriptions, subdivision/parcel maps, and Records of Survey Support and guide field survey teams Provide QA/QC on survey documents Collaborate with civil engineering and planning departments Assist in proposal preparation for new project opportunities Tools & Software:
AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation V8i, Trimble Data Collector Business Center, Leica Data Collector and GPS, MS Office Suite Who You Are
Licensed California PLS Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team setting Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed client expectations Eager to grow professionally and help shape the future of our survey practice What We Offer
