The Transportation and Esoteric ABS Banker is an experienced position responsible for providing innovative capital solutions to Citi's institutional clients ranging from corporates, asset managers, institutional investors, governments and non-profits across the credit, municipal and securitized markets. The overall objective of this role is to successfully manage client relationships and help develop strategic and tactical capital plans for Citi's institutional clients. Responsibilities

Assume significant levels of responsibility for the various phases of project and transaction execution, new business development and overall growth of the Spread Products franchise. Lead complex negotiations with clients and other stakeholders in structuring complex securitization and debt financing deals to finalize financing terms and agreements. Lead the exploration of innovative structured finance solutions applying innovation to optimize financing strategies. Work closely with Citi's clients on transactions and guide them through the capital raising process. Meet revenue and other financial goals by establishing and maintaining a pipeline of episodic deals. Ensure that proposed client solutions meet or exceed internal risk and return standards, including stringent ethical standards, and anticipate future changes in the marketplace. Identify and anticipate all types of risks (e.g. industry, portfolio, diversification, sovereign, commercial, currency, etc.), particularly in intricate securitization deals to minimize potential financial exposures. Support business needs and career trajectories to Spread Products Analysts, Associates, VP Bankers levels by offering mentorship guidance on deal structuring and client interactions. Build client relationships by providing sophisticated financial solutions tailored to the clients' needs and acting as a content provider on market trends. Serve as the expert on securitization regulations and compliance requirements, financial and complex strategic issues relating to corporate finance transactions. Apropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and their assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Citi policies, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications

15+ years of relevant experience Experience in people management Bachelor's degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration preferred Master's degree in Business Administration preferred Experience working in a Financial Services institution(s) Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment Series 79, 7 and 63 licenses Education
