The Executive Director represents the organization externally and drives its mission and long-term success. Key Responsibilities

Nurtures company culture by leading by example, adhering to the code of conduct, fostering teamwork, and achieving results. Drives retention, employee and customer satisfaction, engagement, QAPI, quality measures, revenue, and EBITDAR success. Coordinates and collaborates with campus, divisional support, and home office teams to solve problems and achieve success as a team. Represents the health campus within the community, including dealings with government agencies and third-party payers. R rounds regularly to build relationships with residents, families, and employees; ensures established policies and procedures are followed and Trilogy’s Service Standards are upheld. Participates in regulatory surveys and complaints/grievances; leads development and execution of plans of correction for deficiencies. Serves as abuse coordinator or designates a campus abuse coordinator in their absence. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; Associate degree may be acceptable in the state of Indiana. 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Current and unencumbered Health Facility Admin License for the state in which operating. Location
