TAG Tour: M by The Alinea Group - Culinary Opportunities at The Alinea Group. This is a seasonal culinary opportunity in Big Sky, Montana, with a two-part experience: onboard and train with us in Chicago, then transition to Big Sky for the full winter season. Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $21.00/hr What You’ll Do

Hires for a variety of Culinary positions: Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Tournant Chef. Chicago onboarding (Pre-Season): start at one of The Alinea Group’s award-winning restaurants in Chicago to develop a foundation in service, hospitality, and team culture (2 months). Big Sky Season Details: 4-month commitment (December through March). Schedule: 5 working days per week in a 7-day operation. Must be available for peak holiday service, including Christmas and New Year’s. Employment Status: Temporary Full-Time, Big Sky Resort Employee with enhanced training by The Alinea Group for 2 months prior. Employment structure: You are hired as a temporary employee by The Alinea Group for the Chicago portion; upon transition to Big Sky, you are onboarded as an employee of the Big Sky restaurant’s operating company for the full winter season.
