Overview

Logistics Coordinator – 1st Shift. Will be located in Willard, OH. Join a global team working with brands including DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, CUB CADET, and HUSTLER. What You’ll Do

Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route products Shipment planning Contact carrier representatives to plan arrangements for shipping products Verify carrier availability, requested ship dates and schedule, and customer compliance requirements Coordinate product availability through shortage resolution Manage multiple-site distribution Data entry in COM, Infor, and WM systems - order entry & release, freight arrangements, shipment waves, and shipment confirmation Ensure load readiness and receive routing information using customer logistics websites Complete routing for prepaid orders using BluJay Solutions lean logistics system Communicate issues or inquiries related to production, quality, transportation, Sales/Corp., or shipment and delivery Complete document scanning and retention using Digital Archive Retention and Retrieval System (DARRS) Provide detailed reports for daily shipments, daily rework holds logs, daily shipment balancing, and carrier issues reporting to Corp. and customers Perform departmental tasks as assigned by the Manager or Office Administrator Who You Are / Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Experienced with Microsoft Office suite applications Capable of understanding all shipping functions and procedures, and MAPICS/system functions Able to learn how to navigate and utilize lean logistics and customer logistics sites Ability to provide professional customer and personal services Willingness to learn new skills Effective interpersonal and communication skills Must be self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently or with a group What You’ll Receive
