We are a roofing and waterproofing contractor looking for a Regional Director of Service who will oversee operations across 6–8 hub offices, ensuring high-quality service, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. With full P&L responsibility for a $15M–$20M portfolio, this role drives operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term client retention. The Director leads and mentors service managers, technicians, and staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and customer focus while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth. Job Details Position Requirements And Qualifications A college degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required. Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in service operations or construction service management in a commercial setting. Proven success managing multi-site service operations and leading diverse teams. Strong understanding of construction service processes, safety compliance, and quality assurance standards. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations. OSHA 30 certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing regional or multi-state service operations. Familiarity with ERP and construction management software systems. Demonstrated success implementing operational improvements, driving cost efficiencies and building scalable and sustainable operations. Preferred Skills Strategic leadership and people development. Financial and operational analysis (P&L ownership). Knowledge of construction safety codes and service standards. Strong client relationship management. Excellent verbal and written communication. Data-driven decision making using KPIs and performance metrics. Technology fluency with business management tools. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
