Overview
Bill of Characteristics Operations Leader. Bill of Characteristics is one of the three Level 1 Hoshin Kanri (HK) initiatives across GE Aerospace. This role influences strategic planning and new process creation across GE Aerospace's supply chain to reduce quality escapes, improve on-time delivery, strengthen supplier partnerships, and increase customer satisfaction. This role supports Daily Management, owns and runs the BoC WOR, and supports the BoC MOR and HK reviews. It includes ownership of the BoC Action Plan and accountability for its execution, coordinating across GE Aerospace Engine programs and multiple shops to ensure funding for the BoC initiative. The role also involves owning and managing 12+ purchasing/service resources and directing their activities. Responsibilities
In this role you will: Support Daily Management, own and run the BoC WOR, and support the BoC MOR and HK reviews. Own the BoC Action Plan and be accountable for its execution. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years quality, manufacturing, engineering, project or supply chain experience). Desired Characteristics
