$170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Base Salary:

Lead the design and implementation of cross-border booking models aligned with regulatory, tax, and operational frameworks Develop and roll out capital-efficient trading and financing solutions across products and legal entities Interpret and apply regulatory frameworks (Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD, Dodd-Frank) to trading strategies and booking models Drive strategic initiatives such as: Launch of capital-efficient booking solutions for Crypto ETFs, swaps, and equity financing Integration of G10 swap platforms and development of recourse financing structures Capital rule optimization, NFA governance processes, and VaR exceedance protocol updates Implementation of cross-margining frameworks between swaps and futures Buildout of front-office tools for pricing, reporting, and risk management Partner with senior stakeholders across front office, technology, and control functions to execute business priorities Support regulatory dialogue and ensure alignment of booking strategies with global capital rules Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader financing and capital strategy roadmap
