Job Title: Site Leader Summary: As the Site Leader, you play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our small-site, guiding and supporting our dedicated team. You ensure seamless facility operations, profitability, and customer service excellence. You are the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth contract compliance and addressing concerns with warmth and efficiency. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations with an eye toward innovation and future trends, using data-driven insights to guide decisions. Serve as the primary contact for customer issues, maintaining contract compliance and service excellence. Drive efficiency and satisfaction through open, authentic leadership, adapting to evolving challenges with accountability. Mentor and empower a diverse team, guiding on job assignments, schedules, and support. Analyze and resolve challenges while upholding service level agreements. Manage inventory efficiently, optimize supplies and resources, and coordinate logistics for conference rooms and AV equipment. Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, using data-driven insights to streamline processes. Provide flexible support to other departments and vendors as needed, demonstrating commitment to service excellence. Qualifications (Must Have)
High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in technology and customer-facing roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success. Qualifications (Nice To Have)
Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Experience in training roles. Familiarity with B2B environments and technical processes. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. About Ricoh
