Technical Project/Program Manager
in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of projects and/or programs focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions. Responsibilities: Develop project plans, define project/program scope, goals, and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation. Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams and technology vendors. Facilitate development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between internal teams and external technology providers. Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/teams. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources. Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting data in a clear format for presentations and reviews. Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of projects/programs. Manage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with technical development teams to translate long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and implementation roadmap. Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and developing lifecycle methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, etc. Experience Required: 6+ years of experience in Project/Program Management. Software Development Lifecycle, Project Management, Google Cloud Platform, Agile Software Development, Jira, Technical Communication, Product Management, Risk Management, Communications, Requirements Analysis, Issue Resolution, Team Leadership, Strategic Thinking. Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Drive complex, cross-functional technical programs and initiatives across multiple product teams. Strategic Partnership with Product: Partner closely with Product Managers to translate high-level product strategy into detailed technical requirements. Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Engineering Managers to define technical delivery components and develop accurate effort estimates. Capacity & Scope Management: Work in conjunction with Product Line Program Managers to ensure optimal resource allocation, capacity planning, and scope distribution. Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of project plans to identify potential cross-product or platform impacts. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for project communications with external teams and stakeholders. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, fostering effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across diverse teams.
