About the Role

Weee! is seeking a

highly organized, personable, and proactive Office Manager

to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our office spaces. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining a clean, safe, productive, and welcoming environment that enables our employees to do their best work. As the first point of contact for visitors and a key partner to HR, Facilities, Safety, and Engagement teams, you'll manage everything from inventory and travel to onboarding and events. Office Operations & Facilities

Manage daily office operations across HQ and other U.S. locations Ensure offices are stocked with the right supplies and resources Partner with Safety and Facilities teams to uphold safety, compliance, and emergency protocols Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and ambience Evaluate and improve office layout and functionality Manage visitor experience in accordance with Weee! guidelines Maintain vendor relationships and monitor service quality Oversee in-house mini-market operations (inventory, vendor coordination, payment tracking, reporting) Administrative & Logistics Support

Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain organized itineraries Handle all incoming and outgoing shipping and mailing needs Track office-related budgets, expenses, and compliance communications Employee Experience

Prepare onboarding logistics: desk setup, supply availability, welcome experience Support and host office events and team-building activities with the Engagement team Qualifications

Must have: 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles Strong knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Technology Proficiency – experience with Google Workspace, expense systems, travel platforms Be onsite and available for office-related needs 9am-5pm everyday Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field is preferred (or equivalent work experience) Prior experience managing vendors, supplies, and budgets Comprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-89,500 This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations.
