Manage a SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation project for a Federal client, including: Tier 2 Customer Support, Development, Maintenance, and Enhancements.
Manage SailPoint implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with scope and objectives.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Mentor and guide IAM engineers and developers, conducting code reviews.
Organize, plan, direct, staff, and coordinate the overall program effort.
Manage program risks and issues and take corrective measurements and promote best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and implementation guides.
Recommend and implement process improvements, automation strategies, and tool enhancements to optimize IAM operations.
Lead the defining and researching of processes and technologies in identity and access management program governance (controls).
Gather requirements for enhancements and bug fixes in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Develop and manage an identity governance strategy and roadmaps.
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.

Bachelor’s or degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience in Identity & Access Management in Federal agencies, with 3+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations. Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance. Experience with lifecycle management, RBAC, provisioning, aggregation, and policy enforcement. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex IAM projects. Demonstrated communications skills with all levels of management. Preferred Qualifications
SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect. PMP and Agile Certifications highly preferred. Knowledge of other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, Ping). The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. What We Offer
