Responsibilities include scheduling, cost estimation and project management for new and existing construction, coordinating with clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and coordinating with field teams and subcontractors on RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders. Responsibilities
Develop construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project and monitor progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Prepare RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders in coordination with the field team and subcontractors. Coordinate and budget cost estimates; negotiate and execute subcontracts; ensure contract terms are met. Review BIM deliverables (engineering drawings, as-built drawings, coordination drawings) and initiate corrective actions using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit. Analyze surveys, environmental condition reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical or geologic data to plan construction projects at specific locations. Track and control construction documents and costs using project management tools such as Procore and eBuilder. Monitor compliance with NYC Building Codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Organize project close-out documents, perform quality analysis, and track punch lists before project completion. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related field + 2 years of relevant experience. OSHA-30 Hr Certification. Experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam. Job Details
