We are recruiting for a Wine Club Specialist to partner with the Wine Club Ambassador. This role acts as the 'face' of the Beaulieu Vineyard Wine Club, assisting the winery with achieving wine club conversions goals and aiding in club member retention through onsite service and support. Responsibilities

Wine club growth and member retention are the top priority of this role. Works to achieve or exceed key DTC financial objectives, including total revenue, wine club conversion, new guest data collection, and average order value targets. Supports the tracking and accurate, timely processing, and incentive reward reporting of wine club sign-ups. Follows proper inventory management to ensure minimal loss/expense each month. Manages shipping activities, including returns and claims for onsite Wine Club orders. Conveys Beaulieu Vineyard brand image, leading to sales transactions and brand loyalty. Completes transactions accurately on the point of sales system, including shipping orders, wine club, and cash transactions. Stocks, prices, and displays merchandise. Builds, enhances, and maintains long-term guest relationships. Assists in the will-call process, ensuring accurate execution at each site. Helps provide on-going staff training on wine club key topics. Educates guests about the wines, wine-making techniques, and winery information and history. Offers the wine club program and encourages sign-ups to increase sales and build customer loyalty. Sets up and hosts private dinners, wine tastings, and tours for guests. About You

You are 21 years of age or older. You have a minimum of one year's wine sales, restaurant, and/or hospitality service experience. You are self-motivated, highly organized, and require minimal day-to-day direction. You can effectively communicate in English with all levels of employees and consumers, written and spoken, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. You must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. You have a basic understanding of wine and winemaking. You must have a clean, professional appearance and be able to represent TWE internally and externally. You must be able to travel on occasion to other Company locations. You can lift 40 pounds or more. You have knowledge of food and wine, the wine industry, Sonoma, Napa, and Bay Area restaurants (desired). Why You'll Love It Here

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $22 to $27 per hour, plus other benefits.
