About the Team
As a Product Manager focusing on Bank Modernization you will be reimagining our Consumer Bank to create game-changing customer experiences and business outcomes. You will build platforms and services that deliver real-time data at scale. You will be responsible for building and executing the strategy for future platforms that will power real-time, intelligent capabilities and enable the Bank to ship products at devastating speed. We have a long journey ahead and are excited to bring on inquisitive, strategic, thought leaders to build our future bank. In this role on the Core Data team, you will lead a dedicated tech team to define, design, and deliver the next generation of services to enable data consumers. Capital One Product Framework

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management Preferred Qualifications: Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products Note:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. This information applies to candidates hired for work in the listed locations. McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Richmond, VA: $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Wilmington, DE: $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location. The actual offer will be reflected in the offer letter. This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and long-term incentives (LTI).
