Lead global quality for energy-based medical devices Oversee product quality from design control to non-conformance handling Direct change control, CAPAs, and regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, MDR, CMDR) Strategize new tech adoption, drive audit readiness, and refine QMS processes Partner with R&D, Marketing, Clinical, and Operations Guide and grow a team of Quality Managers, Engineers, and Validation experts Own quality metrics, risk analysis, and global harmonization initiatives About You
You’re a sharp, quality-driven leader with deep expertise in medical devices and a strong grasp of global regulatory frameworks. Your toolkit includes team leadership, audit facilitation, metrics-based decision making, and collaboration across matrixed environments. How To Apply
