Associate Director of Enrollment Services , you’ll be a vital part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that supports students from diverse backgrounds as they pursue careers in global education. What You’ll Do Lead and implement a comprehensive annual recruitment strategy across U.S. and international markets. Build relationships with influencers and students at targeted institutions, and represent Duke at high school visits, fairs, and conferences. Serve as a senior admissions reviewer, managing application reading, credential verification, GPA calculations, and interviews. Coordinate all International Enrollment Management (IEM) events — virtual, on-campus, and off-site — including logistics, communications, and budgeting. Oversee Slate CRM processes and team training for recruitment operations. Manage seasonal admissions readers, including hiring, training, and support. Maintain accurate budgets for marketing and recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with Duke and DKU policies. Participate in team development events, including travel to China and other locations. Contribute to other strategic initiatives as assigned. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in international higher education or student recruitment; Master’s degree preferred. Expertise in undergraduate admissions, recruitment strategies, and student evaluation. Strong event planning skills and experience with both virtual and in-person formats. Familiarity with global secondary school systems and foreign credential evaluation. Passion for relationship-building with students, families, counselors, and internal stakeholders. Understanding of financial aid processes and tools like CSS Profile and FAFSA. High intercultural competence and experience working or studying abroad. Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus. Comfort with technology, databases, and social media platforms. Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as

USD $61,710.00 to USD $95,370.00 .
