Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team in the aerospace industry. This role requires extensive experience in supplier quality engineering with a strong emphasis on industry standards and quality management systems. Responsibilities
Conduct independent supplier audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards. Manage supplier performance and maintain quality standards through comprehensive audits. Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPAs) and root cause analyses to address and resolve quality issues. Support the transition of suppliers internationally with a willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time, mainly across the Midwest. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate supplier development and quality improvement projects. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 5-10+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering, preferably within the aerospace industry. Strong working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, CAPAs, CASCARs, FAIRs, PPAPs, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Proven experience in conducting supplier audits and managing supplier performance. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $64.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
