Director of Global Distribution at Navico Group. Lead the development and execution of the global distribution strategy to drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and efficiency across distribution channels, while delivering revenue, margin, and growth objectives. Deep expertise in third-party logistics (3PL) management, global supply chain operations, and customer-centric distribution models. Essential Functions

Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a global distribution strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets. Lead transformation and optimization of the global distribution network to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance agility. Collaborate with executive leadership to support market expansion, new product launches, and customer experience initiatives. Operational Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations of global distribution centers, logistics partners, and transportation networks. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards. Drive continuous improvement using data analytics, automation, and best practices in supply chain management. Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop a high-performing global distribution team across multiple regions. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement) and external partners (3PLs, carriers). Manage vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLAs are met. Financial & Risk Management: Develop and manage the global distribution budget, including cost forecasting and performance tracking. Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, geopolitical issues, and environmental factors. Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact of distribution operations. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Deep understanding of global logistics, transportation, warehousing, and trade compliance. Proven track record of leading global distribution networks and outsourcing/managing 3PLs across multiple regions. Demonstrated success in aligning distribution strategies with revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of supply chain systems and technologies (ERP, WMS, analytics & logistics technology platforms). Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), automation, and sustainability practices in logistics and distribution environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a track record of influencing at the executive level. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global business environment. Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree. Working Conditions

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (e.g., at a desk). Must be able to operate a computer and standard office equipment. Occasional movement within the facility to access operational/distribution areas. Must be able to operate standard office and warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack). Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors. Role operates in both office and warehouse environments, with varying temperatures and noise. Working hours may vary to support a global organization. Potential travel up to 25% (international travel possible). Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range is $129,500 - $219,000 annually. Base pay varies by knowledge, experience, business needs, and location. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and long-term incentive awards.
