Provide construction oversight and leadership for project teams Manage disputes, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment with schedules Assess and oversee change orders and their impact on overall budgets Work closely with various stakeholders, including environmental, design, and contract administration teams Oversee contract administration for architects and consultants Ensure quality control, cost management, and scheduling efficiency across multiple projects Review bid specifications and support strategic planning Profile

Experience for Senior Project Manager LAUSD Construction: 17+ years of professional project, building and construction management experience 5+ years managing large programs with individual projects exceeding $50M 5+ years in public works, education facility construction, or large commercial projects Experience with

Design-Build

projects Knowledge of

Building Information Modeling (BIM) Familiarity with

LEED

or

CHPS

sustainability standards Understanding of

DSA

processes for construction and design Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Alternative qualification paths available for experienced candidates, with CCM certification required within one year if applicable Job Offer

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $194,000 Paid Time Off (PTO):
