Overview
Lead Superintendent needed for a Top Developer in multifamily construction. Reports to the Senior Superintendent on the project. Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all stages of multifamily construction projects, from planning and development to execution and completion. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Directly supervise and coordinate activities of construction and related workers. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists. Conduct quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Implement and manage project communication plans, ensuring effective and timely communication with the project team, clients, and stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays that occur on-site in a timely and effective manner. Enforce all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and risk-free environment at all times. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry. Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing multifamily construction projects. Exceptional project management and time management skills. Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Excellent knowledge of construction quality control, building codes, and safety regulations. Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant computer applications. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently. Must be willing to travel and possess a valid driver\'s license. About the role and company
