Base pay range
$66,000.00/yr - $124,000.00/yr Data Center Business Analyst Primary responsibilities of the DC Business Analyst will include various project documentation, analysis, managing the Data Center Infrastructure Management(DCIM)Tool, creating JIRA stories. This candidate will also be responsible for working closely with the Data Center Project and Operations Team for different analysis involved. This is a hybrid role – 3 day in office role, location could vary within DFW areas. Responsibilities
Understand and maintain the DCIM Tools used in Data Centers Document Project details, technical requirements, nonfunctional requirements, as applicable. Document and understand current operational processes, find issues, and discover improvement opportunities. Document MOPs, work with the stakeholders to plan and list down the specific steps needed for a release. Assist with project planning, management, and scope control throughout the project. Develop and implement reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making. Perform other project or operational duties as assigned such as creating JIRA Tickets, Send MoM, follow ups and maintaining documentation on Confluence and other MS Office tools. Should be able to travel to various locations as needed for project needs. Qualifications
Prior Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) experience Work efficiently and independently - applying analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills to support day-to-day operations and project work. Ability to travel to other facilities is required. A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
