As a Sr Advanced Tech Product Owner at Honeywell, you will assume a leadership position within our dynamic Technical Product Owner team, playing a pivotal role in driving efficient and timely product development. With a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, you will contribute to solidifying Honeywell's position at the forefront of technological advancements.
In this role, you will impact the business by leading and mentoring a team of Technical Product Owners, ensuring efficient and high-quality product development aligned with business goals. You will define technical requirements, oversee the development of specifications, and implement best practices to optimize workflows. You will be responsible for actively participating in strategic planning, contributing insights to shape the direction of the product management function, and fostering continuous improvement and innovation within Honeywell's technological landscape.

Manage and lead a team of Technical Product Owners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize technical requirements Oversee the development of technical specifications and ensure their alignment with the product strategy Provide mentorship and guidance to Technical Product Owners Work closely with the Sr Technical Product Owner Manager to implement and improve product management processes Actively participate in strategic planning and execution Requirements
5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner management role or similar technical leadership position Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile principles Proven track record of successfully managing technical teams Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability Honeywell is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to providing a work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment.
