As a Wealth Management Mortgage Processing Specialist within our Private Bank team, you process mortgage applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. You coordinate with internal and external partners to facilitate the mortgage origination process and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. You demonstrate accuracy, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and proactively solve problems in a high-production environment. Job responsibilities
Process mortgage applications and simultaneous HELOCs
Obtain all required third-party and vendor information
Engage with Underwriting, Rate Lock, Closing, Quality, and Mortgage Solutions teams
Communicate with internal and external groups to resolve issues
Obtain clear to close from quality and remediate all QC findings
Submit files to closing in accordance with federal and state regulatory requirements
Validate required documents and disclosures for accuracy
Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate the mortgage origination process
Meet time-sensitive deadlines and production targets
Maintain compliance with all regulatory controls
Act independently in a high-production environment
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Possess two or more years of experience in U.S. mortgage loan originations
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Show proficiency in analyzing documents such as Title, Home Owners Insurance, Flood, and Appraisal
Exhibit experience in production management, work allocation, prioritization, exception handling, and process documentation
Act independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-production environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Hold a bachelor's degree
Demonstrate willingness to work flexible schedules
