From skiing and snowboarding to seasonally inspired resort activities and luxurious amenities, Grand Hyatt Vail offers an array of Colorado-inspired dining options, comfortable guest rooms, and warm hospitality. This role supports a marketing-focused objective to elevate the hotel’s presence and activations.
Primary Responsibilities
Liaise with Marketing and Public Relations agencies to supply content for social media and press opportunities.
Assist with the preparation of influencer and media visits.
Assist in the preparation, coordination, collection, production, supervision, and follow-up of promotions and hotel activations.
Support hotel in day-to-day administrative tasks as needed to promote the hotel.
Manage the reservation system, ensuring efficient booking and table management.
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
Seat guests efficiently and according to restaurant policies, considering party size and preferences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area.
Collaborate with the management team to improve restaurant operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Actively participate in marketing and sales efforts to increase restaurant revenue, including promoting large party bookings.
Incentive Pay The Large Party Coordinator will receive a 3% incentive bonus based on the total revenue generated from large parties booked directly by the large party coordinator for our outlets. This bonus will be calculated and paid bi-weekly. Documentation of bookings, including guest counts and revenue, must be accurately maintained.
