Overview

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability. This includes staff development, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in accord with Company policies and procedures. The position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. The job includes physical demands such as standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $17.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
