This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager ready to oversee complex industrial projects across the U.S. From high-tech manufacturing plants to hyperscale data centers, you’ll drive delivery from preconstruction through turnover with full support from executive leadership and technical specialists. Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through final commissioning Oversee subcontractor coordination, MEP systems, and vendor integration Manage schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and change orders Conduct regular site visits and team meetings across job sites Collaborate with clients, internal leadership, and commissioning agents Qualifications
7+ years as a Project Manager in data center, manufacturing, or heavy industrial sectors leading ground up projects of 100M+ Proven expertise in MEP coordination, critical power, and mission-critical operations Experience with cost tracking, stakeholder reporting, and on-site leadership Willingness to travel and work on site What’s on Offer
