We are seeking a highly experienced Sales/Business Development Director with a minimum of 15-18 years of experience in the IT Services industry, hunting for new business opportunities. This position will be based in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and business development initiatives. They should have a solid background in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities

Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations Managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress towards sales goals Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to contract closure Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to shape client proposals Qualifications

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to drive results in a competitive sales environment Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required Experience with IT Services companies and a desire to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Industry experience in IT Services and IT Consulting is mandatory We are Mindsprint!
