As the
Supply Chain Master Data Analyst
at Feastables, you will be pivotal in optimizing procurement and supply chain processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data to support efficient supply chain operations. You will have experience in master data management, proficiency in NetSuite or other ERP software, and a strong background in item setup within the CPG industry. What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and maintain master data in NetSuite, including item records, supplier information, and pricing, ensuring accuracy and completeness Conduct data audits, validations, and troubleshooting to uphold data integrity and resolve NetSuite-related issues with IT support Utilize NetSuite for procurement activities, tracking, and reporting, including inventory transactions to maintain accurate inventory levels Support IT efforts to automate NetSuite data inputs and reporting processes Develop and generate reports to provide insights on procurement, supply chain performance, and supplier metrics, and prepare presentations for management Oversee new item setups in NetSuite, ensuring specifications, pricing, and supplier details meet company standards and compliance requirements Coordinate with product development, marketing, finance, and quality teams to manage item lifecycle updates and submit finished good specifications Maintain the master specification sheet for finished goods and accurately enter raw material receipts into the ERP system Conduct spend analysis, track KPIs, and provide recommendations for cost optimization and procurement efficiency Assist Supply Chain Manager by resolving invoice discrepancies in collaboration with the Accounting team, AP, and suppliers Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the CPG industry Proficiency in NetSuite is preferred; experience with ERP systems is required Strong understanding of master data management and item setup processes Experience with financial modeling and analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Why Feastables?
