What to Expect
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to end-of-life activities
Conduct market studies and VOC efforts to identify new market opportunities
Develop and implement product pricing strategies to maximize profit and sales
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to achieve revenue goals
Prepare and coach the sales team on product applications and profitability equations
What is Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
2+ years of experience in product management or related fields within a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with New Product Development (NPD) and product lifecycle management processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for technology, innovation, and customer engagement
Experience with product lifecycle simplification and rationalization processes
Willingness to travel primarily within North America, with rare international travel
