As Business Development Manager – Wireless, drive the growth of TÜV SÜD’s wireless services in North America. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for wireless services across telecom, consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with technical teams to tailor TIC service offerings (EMC, RF testing, SAR, OTA, regulatory compliance) to customer needs. Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Provide market intelligence on emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and industry trends to guide innovation. Represent TÜV SÜD at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to raise brand visibility. Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales within the wireless, telecom, or related TIC industries. Strong understanding of wireless technologies, regulatory compliance, and testing services (EMC, RF, SAR, OTA). Ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and close deals in a competitive market. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience delivering against revenue targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders. Willingness to travel to clients, industry events, and TÜV SÜD sites as required. The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $180,000 – $210,000. Base pay is determined by factors including experience, training, and internal equity. The compensation package may include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Benefits include a 401(k) with employer match, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, health plans (medical, dental, vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
