Property Director - Property Management

The Property Director is responsible for the overall operations of the community they oversee and manage. We are looking for a Property Director to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential apartment properties. Responsibilities: • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction Qualifications: • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • High School Diploma or GED required • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members Compensation: $76,500 - $88,000 yearly •
