Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for a talented Teamcenter Administrator to join our team. We are seeking a Teamcenter Administrator to maintain, configure, and optimize our PLM environment in support of engineering, manufacturing, IT, and quality teams. This role involves administering Teamcenter architectures (4-tier and Active Workspace), managing workflows and data models with BMIDE, supporting CAD and enterprise system integrations, and providing user support and training. The administrator will also troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and apply automation practices to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable PLM operations. The role also supports environment security and compliance requirements, coordinates with IT/DevOps to align hybrid cloud and AWS GovCloud infrastructure, and contributes to system performance tuning and scalability. The administrator will help define and maintain cross-module workflows for revision control, document management, and change management, while creating training materials to support user adoption and onboarding. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a CAD/PLM administrator with Siemens NX and Teamcenter. Hands-on experience with Teamcenter installation, upgrades, patching, and configuration in enterprise environments. Proficiency with BMIDE for configuring workflows, lifecycles, access controls, and business rules. Experience supporting CAD integrations, preferably Siemens NX, and managing PLM/CAD data flows. Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and application servers (WebLogic, Tomcat, or similar). Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, with proven ability to implement preventive solutions. Ability to produce clear technical documentation and deliver effective end-user training. Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, IT, manufacturing, and quality teams. Familiarity with security and compliance practices for enterprise or regulated environments. Experience collaborating with IT or DevOps teams to support infrastructure, cloud environments, or automation of deployments. Certification in AWS and/or Siemens NX/Teamcenter Administration is a plus. Responsibilities Administer and maintain Siemens Teamcenter (4-tier and Active Workspace). Support installation, upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring. Configure workflows, access controls, lifecycles, and business rules using BMIDE. Manage Teamcenter modules such as Requirements, Document Management, and Change Management. Oversee integrations with CAD tools (primarily Siemens NX) and manage PLM/CAD data flows. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Contribute to automation initiatives and process improvements. Monitor system health, maintain backups, and ensure data integrity. Implement and monitor role-based access controls, audit logging, and compliance safeguards for regulated environments (e.g., NQA-1, SOC 2, SOX, ITAR). Work with IT/DevOps to manage Teamcenter environments in hybrid/on-prem and AWS GovCloud infrastructure. Assist in performance tuning, load testing, and scaling to meet the needs of growing engineering datasets. Support standardization of document management, revision control, and change workflows across modules. Develop modular training guides and onboarding materials to improve adoption across engineering and non-engineering teams. Bonus Qualifications Experience with distributed Teamcenter architectures, especially 4-tier Active Workspace. Exposure to automation scripting, CI/CD workflows, or GitLab-based integrations. Background in training development or structured onboarding for engineering tools. Familiarity with Agile project workflows and cross-functional collaboration practices. Hands-on familiarity with near-term Teamcenter modules we’re implementing at Oklo: Requirements, Document Management, and Change Management; bonus for exposure to BOM/release workflows and Active Workspace configuration.
