Overview
Assistant Store Manager – Banter by Piercing Pagoda at Fayette Mall. Signet Jewelers is seeking dynamic, driven individuals to join the team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting store leadership. Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit projections Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation Recruit and select team members; follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned Qualifications
At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software/hardware Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form Availability to work days, nights and weekends Total Rewards
