We are seeking a well-rounded, analytical Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Delivery Commercial Operations team for the US and Canada. In this role, you'll be a key partner to Sales Operations Leads, helping to drive scalable growth, enable data-driven decision making, and unlock new market opportunities. The ideal candidate has a passion for designing creative solutions to complex problems. You will work closely with leadership to manage the business rhythm, analyze trends, devise GTM (go-to-market) strategies, and lead growth initiatives. Your deep expertise in sales operations, along with broad technical skills, strong financial acumen, and advanced analytical ability, will be essential for success. What You'll Do
Commercial Cadence Management: Implement and execute regular business reviews, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Ensure meetings are data-driven and productive. Process and System Improvement: Design and execute improvements to sales systems and processes, particularly Salesforce. Define and manage how these systems evolve to support rapid growth. Advanced Data Analysis: Act as the go-to expert for quantitative analysis, including analyzing sales performance and developing forecast models to provide predictive insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with sales, Sales Planning, and other teams to understand needs and remove operational friction. Strategic Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects across business segments and territories, focusing on unlocking new growth opportunities with strong program execution and analytical support. Basic Qualifications
4+ years in an analytical role within Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy & Planning, or similar. Advanced analytics skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint (or Google Slides), and a CRM tool (preferably Salesforce). Advanced proficiency in SQL. Live coding session required as part of the interview process. Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications
Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations, reports, and presentations. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional partners. Strong program and project management skills. Proven ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies to improve operational efficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivering engaging presentations to stakeholders at all levels. Experience across multiple functions such as variable compensation, sales forecasting, quota setting, market segmentation, business development, and GTM strategy. Proven ability to influence with and without explicit authority and strong listening skills. Proven ownership mindset, data-driven, deep-dive with big-picture thinking. Ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced organization; highly organized and independent in ambiguous situations. MBA or higher degree in economics, math, business, or related discipline. For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range is USD 116,000 – 128,500 per year. For New York, NY: USD 129,000 – 143,000. For San Francisco, CA: USD 129,000 – 143,000. For Seattle, WA: USD 116,000 – 128,500. All US locations are eligible for Uber's bonus program and may be offered an equity award and other compensation.
