Position

The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for an Intelligence Planner to work in Honolulu, HI. The primary location for this effort is Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. Responsibilities

Integrate Defense and National intelligence support capabilities— including collection, analytics, and targeting activities— into operational planning across the DoD. Coordinate and align Defense Intelligence capabilities to meet CCDR intelligence requirements and objectives for each phase of operations. Identify intelligence knowledge gaps and capability shortfalls and develop mitigation strategies to inform planning systems and strategies. Collaborate with USINDOPACOM Intelligence Analytic and Collections Division staff to assess and plan for GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, CI, and other intelligence disciplines. Support and facilitate Intelligence Planning Boards, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups to inform global integration of Defense Intelligence. Maintain situational awareness of global threats and update intelligence assessments to support deliberate and crisis action planning. Prepare and execute intelligence planning products, timelines, and executive-level summaries in accordance with JPP, APEX, and other prescribed formats. Clearance

Current TS/SCI Clearance. Experience, Skills, and Education

Bachelor\'s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree). Experience in intelligence planning, operational planning, or related intelligence support roles. Familiarity with the Joint Planning Process (JPP), Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX), and Defense Intelligence operations. Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple intelligence and operational stakeholders. Strong analytical skills for identifying knowledge gaps and developing mitigation strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing planning documents and executive summaries. Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education

Advanced degree in Intelligence, Security Studies, or a related field. Experience supporting or leading working groups, boards, and planning conferences in a joint or multinational environment. Proficiency in analytic communication, including tailoring reports and briefings for various audiences and operational environments. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver executive-level oral briefings and planning products. EIO2024 Come break things (in a good way). Then build them smarter. Pay Range: $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
