We are currently looking for a

Business Development Associate

to maximize sales volume and gross margin across all digital ink product lines. The role involves building strong relationships with high-value clients, executing sales strategies, and enhancing the brand’s reputation within the Mid-West & South Central Regions. Responsibilities

Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and align them with product offerings Collaborate with the technical team and internal stakeholders to create multiple touchpoints with clients Develop and implement a comprehensive territory coverage plan to efficiently manage all accounts and prospects Maintain in-depth knowledge of key accounts and establish strong relationships with decision-makers Forecast sales and prepare an annual sales budget for products within the territory Participate in exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services Provide monthly activity reports to management, including competitive analysis and market trends Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while seeking innovative ways to improve customer service Qualifications

Education: Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience Experience: 3-5 years of field sales experience preferred Core Skills: Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing abilities Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills Work Style: Self-motivated with high ethical standards Systems: SAP knowledge is a plus Position Details

Travel: 65% travel within Mid-West and the South-Central US regions Type: Remote, full-time salaried exempt position Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility for customer needs Benefits
