Regulatory Affairs Manager - Up to $160k + 12% Our client, a publicly traded utility company, is looking to hire a Regulatory Affairs Manager. The Regulatory Affairs Manager partners with federal and state regulators to ensure compliance for rates, filings, and energy projects. This role oversees a team of three Regulatory Analysts and plays a key part in shaping new energy initiatives. The position reports to the SVP of Regulatory Affairs and offers high visibility within the organization. 2 days in office, 3 days remote w/ some travel. Compensation

Base pay range:

$150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Estimated total compensation may include a performance bonus. Key Responsibilities

Lead regulatory filings, rate cases, and strategic initiatives. Prepare and sponsor testimony, filings, and reports for FERC and state PSCs. Develop rate and revenue analyses, tariffs, and regulatory strategies. Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and public advocates. Mentor and supervise a team of analysts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. 7+ years of utility or energy regulatory affairs experience (required). Leadership or mentoring experience preferred. Strong knowledge of rate design, tariffs, and regulatory processes. Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days onsite weekly Quarterly travel (or less) for regulatory hearings. Competitive pay + performance bonus.
