Senior Project Manager, Corporate Interiors

What this job involves: As a Senior Project Manager - Corporate Interiors at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our South Regional Team, directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for a financial services client. This role requires utilizing your expertise to oversee corporate interior projects ranging from $50k to $10M+, managing 8-12 projects simultaneously. What your day-to-day will look like: Manage and oversee all project aspects including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution, and closeout Develop high-level estimates and schedules as part of overall strategy and business case development Prepare project updates, identify and communicate risks early while providing solutions to meet client-driven schedules and budgets Act as primary client contact throughout project duration, collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables Develop master project schedules and manage performance against milestones and critical path items across multiple projects Guide clients and teams through design implementation including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation Prepare RFPs for design and contractor services while managing overall vendor selection process Monitor and manage vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate Interiors Experience managing multiple diverse project types varying from $50k to $10M+ in size Ability to manage 8-12 projects simultaneously Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects Experience working in global organizations with multicultural teams Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc. Experience reading construction plans and identifying potential areas of concern or hidden costs Experience with financial services clients and corporate interior requirements Knowledge of regulatory compliance and contractual requirements management Proficiency in project management software and tools Experience facilitating critical project meetings and coordination exercises Location:
